Week 12/12

I'm looking forward to all groups this week.

Pianists:  We will be preparing for the piano recital.  The recital will be on Monday, Dec. 19th during 5th period.

My theory classes will be preparing for the final.

Week of 12/5

Pianists:  We will not have groups this week, because we are in preparation for the vocal concert.
I will see you next week and I'm looking forward to hearing you.

Test re-takes are possible this week with an appointment.  Please see me.

Welcome Back!!  

I hope you had a great Thanksgiving Break!

We will begin preparation for the bi-annual piano recital.

All independent studiers should be fine tuning their repertoire.

Beginners:  We'll begin playing the C major chord with both hands.  You should get sheet music out of the green box and move ahead. 

The Piano Lab is open daily before and after school for your convenience.  I look forward to seeing you.

VOCAL STUDENTS

Congratulations on completing your All-State Choir auditions!!!

VC Piano Beg - 1st block - Brother John

VC Piano Beg - 4th block - Good king Wenceslas

We should have a few play on a class recital from the independent study groups.

RC 3 Theory - We will complete M7ths and m7ths. Your test will include 6th and 7ths and all previously learned intervals.

RC 4 Theory - We will complete primary chords and their functions in a cadence pattern.
